The Western Galilee is a fascinating region, rich in tourism, cultural, and historical attractions, beginning with the Old City of Acre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring the Knights’ Halls, the Hospitaller Fortress, the Okashi Museum, the Turkish Bath and the story of its last bath attendant, the Or Torah Synagogue, the marina, restaurants, and much more.
From there, continue to the Rosh Hanikra site, Israel’s northernmost point, spectacularly beautiful and located right on the border crossing. It is one of nature’s wonders, with its magnificent grottoes and waves crashing against the rocks.
